As the General Manager of the Sheraton Centre Hotel, please accept my personal apology for the delays you have experienced regarding the modernization of the elevators in the Richmond Tower.
I am, however, pleased to advise you that the third elevator will be completed and fully functional by April 6th, with only a few small items left to complete. I am certain that when the upgrades are finished in the next month, the elevator service will be much improved.
