| PERSONAL TRAINERS |
Our Personal Training Team consists of some of the most qualified individuals in the industry. We encourage and acknowledge continuing education, staying current on fitness trends, and loyalty to the company through a Category System.
CATEGORY 1: Nationally Certified and have a minimum of 1 year of one-on-one training experience.
CATEGORY 2: Hold 1 to 2 Specialized Degrees, Diplomas or Certifications in addition to being Nationally Certified. Between 2 to 3 years of one-on-one training experience.
CATEGORY 3: Hold 2 to 3 Specialized Degrees, Diplomas or Certifications and will have established a specific area of specialization. Examples include: post rehabilitative training, sport specific conditioning or preparation for fitness and bodybuilding competitions. Between 4 to 5 years of one-on-one training.
CATEGORY 4: Hold 3 Specialized Degrees, Diplomas or Certifications and a minimum of 6 years of one-on-one training. Or, a Nationally Certification with 10 years of experience. With an advanced understanding of the body’s response to exercise, some of these trainers have experience training individuals for marathons and training national amateur and professional athletes in various disciplines.
