CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to accommodate the entire membership and service demand, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Members who cancel a massage therapy session without 24hrs notice will be fully charged. Gigasport Online sends a reminder of scheduled appointments, so make sure your email is current and the front desk has all your updated contact information. No fees are charged if you re-schedule your appointment with the same therapist during the same week you cancelled your appointment or if your cancelled appointment is filled by another member.
