Aziam Howes

Personal Trainer, Kinesiologist, & Boxing Coach

Aziam started Boxing in 2000 when he finished high school. He earned a spot on the top pro boxing team in the country. The best fighters in the country were either a part of the team or came in for the sparring. With the guidance of his coach he was able to focus all his time and energy to first surviving the training and then holding his own amongst the best the country had to offer. Early on Aziam’s coach offered him a position to coach recreational boxers at one of Lennox Lewis’ gyms, this enabled Aziam to focus his mind on boxing all day, every day, which expedited the rough learning curve in boxing.

After boxing Aziam went to UofT and became a Kinesiologis to expand his exercise knowledge and understand the science behind it all.

I believe fitness should be fun, inspiring and effective.  Ideally my clients will look forward to their next workout and readily integrate them into their daily routine to maintain the consistency required to achieve their goals.  Through consistent work and effective training, my clients will accomplish their fitness goals and enjoy the satisfaction that goes along with them.
