As an experienced Registered Massage Therapist and Medical Acupuncturist, I offer a variety of treatments and techniques, implementation of which is determined by the preference and condition of my clients. Some of these include: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, peripheral joint mobilizations, manual lymph drainage, neuromuscular integration, Swedish techniques, relaxation massage, and others. My training has been versatile and my technique is based on the fusion of European and North American approach. I spent a great amount of time learning human anatomy, physiology, orthopedic testing, assessment, pathology, therapeutic exercise and acupuncture among others. I believe my success in helping my clients is based on my dedication, experience, and constant update of knowledge. Thus, I ensure to attend seminars and workshops on new research and development. I highly value my professionalism and I am a proud member of College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, as well as The Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
