Weight Loss Program highlights:
12 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS (1 hour each)
These are not your average joe trainers. All of our trainers are career trainers that have extensive knowledge in proper and effective techniques to get you to your peak level of fitness.
12 BODY FAT COMPOSITIONS TESTS
Weekly weigh ins to ensure that you are properly losing fat, not muscle or water.
8 NATUROPATHIC SESSIONS (1 hour initial, 30 min follow ups)
Your resource of the program. All aspects of your health will be assessed and monitored, including diet, lifestyle, hormones, digestion, sleep, and nutrients, to ensure optimal weight loss.
3 PSYCHOLOGY SESSIONS (1 hour each)
Is your mind holding you back from losing weight? Have you been trying to break bad habits with no success? Our psychologist will coach you in behavior modification sessions to ensure that you have the right mindset to stay on track. Follow-up sessions or ongoing support are available.
IgG FOOD SENSITIVITY TEST
You could be eating good foods, but are you eating food good for you? Continued consumption of reactive foods may contribute to weight gain and/or difficulty losing weight. Stop second guessing and figure out exactly what foods you should be eating.
8 URINALYSIS TESTS
Measuring your ketone levels to make sure that are at the optimal levels to ensure that you are properly burning fat
8 GLUCOSE TESTS
Controlling your blood sugar levels is crucial to ensure that you not encouraging excess fat storage which can sabotage any fat loss regime.
