Before nose diving into the yoga lifestyle, Sarah earned a Master of Arts at Carleton in the School of Canadian Studies. Upon completion, she made her first two-month trip to India to immerse herself in the practise of yoga. Her overall experience there can easily be described as “eye opening”, and Sarah continues to return to India to further expand her connection with the practice.
