What we're doing to help keep you safe

While we aim to reopen the Club as soon as possible, the safety of our members and staff remains our top priority. Although our Club has always maintained rigorous safety and cleaning standards, we are now enhancing our cleaning and safety protocols to align with Health Canada, Ontario Ministry of Health, and the City of Toronto's COVID-19 guidelines. Please note that all procedures outlined below are subject to change based on the aforementioned guidelines.

And remember, we’re all in this together, so cleaning at the Club will need to be a collaborative effort between our staff and the members when we return. We look forward to seeing you back at the Club again soon.

Capacity & Club Access

  • All Members are required to scan in each time they enter the Club using the scan code on the new app.
  • Members are welcome to bring guests (family, friends, out of town, domestic reciprocal members) to the Club. Guests must sign-in and show ID at the Front Desk upon arrival for each visit at the Club. Guest fees may apply

Safe Use of the Club

  • Masks are optional at the Club. If you are more comfortable continuing to wear your mask, please feel free to do so.
  • All persons within the Club are highly encouraged to practice good hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.

  • Plexiglass screens have been installed for extra protection at many front desk and reception areas.

  • We have installed additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the Club.

  • All landlord controlled base building and Club-controlled HVAC units have been outfitted with MERV 13/14 air filters.

  • All HVAC units have been set to increase the concentration of outdoor air intake and flow, with a 100% fresh air flush or dilution each morning.

  • Exhaust fans operation has been changed to 24/7.

  • All staff will be trained on our COVID-19 safety and cleaning protocols.

  • Our teams will be regularly cleaning the Club using cleaning products that are Health Canada approved for effective use against bacteria and viruses including COVID-19.

  • Members are highly encouraged to do their part in keeping our Clubs clean and safe. Disinfectant wipes and sanitizing spray is available for use in all athletic areas of the Club.

Quarantine, Travel, & Close Contact Guidelines

  • If you are a Member with symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or have tested positive via rapid antigen test, you are presumed positive and are required to self-isolate for five days from the onset of symptoms. These individuals can end isolation after five days if their symptoms are improving for at least 24 hours, and all public health and safety measures, such as masking and physical distancing, are followed.
  • If you are a Member who has had a close contact with a confirmed positive COVID-19 case and you meet the following criteria: Fully vaccinated, do not work in a high risk setting such as a hospital or long-term care home, have no symptoms, and are not immunocompromised, you are welcome to come to the Club but you need to self-monitor for symptoms and if you subsequently develop symptoms you must self-isolate and contact us.
  • If you are a Member that has travelled and gone through the ArriveCAN process and tested negative for COVID-19, you are welcome to return to the Club right away but you need to self-monitor for symptoms and if you subsequently develop symptoms you must self-isolate and contact us.

Our updated Club hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • Personal lockers are available.
  • Showers, towels and laundry service are available.

  • The Club will be following the guidelines set forth by Squash Ontario.

  • Members are encouraged to book courts in advance.

  • Lessons are available.


  • Our reciprocal privileges with the Sheraton Hotel remain paused at this time, meaning the pool is not currently available to Members.
  • Members are welcome to use the TAC pool. Please contact the TAC's Front Desk to reserve your pool lane.
