The TD Courtyard may have you feeling a bit more zen these days.
Toronto Athletic Club’s resident Yoga Instructor Amanda Star has been leading a group of nearly 50 participants through sun salutations on Wednesday mornings for the past few weeks.
The outdoor yoga program is a part of Toronto-Dominion Centre’s Health & Wellness 201 Campaign. The purpose of this initiative is to provide TDC occupants with an opportunity to be physically active and enjoy the many benefits of Hatha style yoga. Yoga is beneficial for both physical and mental wellbeing, and is a great way to start your day!
Toronto Athletic Club is working alongside Cadillac Fairview to lead this 8 week program. Classes run every Wednesday morning from 7:30-8:15am, providing participants with ample time to get changed before the start of the workday.
