Even though the seasons are changing, fitness still remains a constant at the Club. Group Fitness continues to be a popular choice amongst both men and women.
This fall, we’ve made a few tweaks to our current schedule increasing variety and selection.
Our strength based classes have started to gain immense popularity, with people looking increase their muscle mass and change up their body composition.
Our Strength & Stamina class on Tuesdays along with our recent addition, Strength Intervals (hosted on Thursdays) will start your morning off right.
Strength Lab continues to be a popular choice for those who are interested in heavy-lifting and metabolic conditioning. We’ve now added a Foundations class (hosted Tuesdays at 6:30am) led by head coach, Keren Chen. This will integrate members into the program smoothly in a non-intimidating way. Great technique and body awareness is a focus throughout these classes.
On November 10th, we also introduced new Stages bikes. A revamp to the cycling program--including the name, ‘Ride’--will have more accurate stats, brand new TVs, and fun software, helping us stay within the contemporary era of cycling.
As always, the Club continues to have its staple yoga, aerobics, and early morning instructors, who continue to keep our members coming back for more.
Our motivated members are what makes our Group Fitness classes fun and engaging. You can find our Group Fitness schedule here!
