Personal Trainer

Growing up playing sports, I often found myself in team environments. Sport is a passion and it’s a huge part of who I am, but what I truly love is the process of getting better. I was fortunate to have played basketball for the University of Toronto (UofT) while I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education.

Upon graduating in 2016, my journey with the Adelaide Club would begin. In 2018 I had the opportunity to work as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chinese Olympic Curling Program in Beijing, China overseeing men's, women's, mixed doubles, and the junior athletes in preparation for the Winter Games. Following that, in 2020, I was fortunate to work in the university setting as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Robert Morris University overseeing the training and development of men and women’s sports (basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, and lacrosse). These experiences proved to be invaluable, on a personal and professional level.

In 2021, I returned to the Adelaide Club and have been enjoying helping clients continue to crush their goals.

As a passionate and experienced athlete and coach, I believe that proper training can be extremely transformative and beneficial to every individual. Whether it’s preparing an athlete with a rock-solid foundation and resiliency that allows them to perform at their highest level or someone who’s just looking to improve their general health.

Training Philosophy:
