Whether it’s hitting a personal best on the rower, mastering new movements, or competing in a high-energy squash showdown, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Track your participation, rise to the occasion, and, most importantly, earn bragging rights along the way!

At the end of the year, members who complete the most challenges will be celebrated and awarded special prizes.

For the hardcore, this is 12 rounds in one effort:

1 minute plank
2 Burpees
3 Pull-ups/Chin-ups
4 Farmer Carry (KB HEAVY)
5 Mountain Climbers (per leg)
6 Long jumps
7 Lunges (per leg)
8 Squat Jumps
9 High Knees
10 Push-ups
11 Squats
12 Jumping Jacks 

For the challenge, 15 rounds through the month is a completed challenge.
