This year, we're introducing a new way to keep your fitness goals on track all year, while having fun and staying motivated. Each month, we’ll announce a fresh challenge designed to push your limits, build camaraderie, and celebrate your progress.

Whether it’s hitting a personal best on the rower, mastering new movements, or competing in a high-energy squash showdown, there’s sure to be something for everyone. Track your participation, rise to the occasion, and, most importantly, earn bragging rights along the way!

At the end of the year, members who complete the most challenges will be celebrated and awarded special prizes.

May Challenge

This May, your challenge is to complete 500 floors on the Stepmill.  

As with all challenges, it's best to tackle this in small efforts.

If you'd like to take this workout to actual stairs, the goal is to climb 8,000 stairs in the month.
