Did you know the CGoC has a Run Club? Are you interested in joining a like-minded group of people for a casual run on Monday mornings. It's a great way to start your week on the right foot.
 
Join other Members from the Cambridge Club, Adelaide Club, and Toronto Athletic Club every Monday morning.
 
When: Monday mornings - Gather at 6:45am for a 7:00am departure
Where: The courtyard at TD Towers (by the cows)
Cost: $50/month or $20 drop-in
 
There will be a brief warm-up before the run each week. The runs will be about 1 hour, distance between 8-10km.
 
Monthly participants will also receive a Run Club t-shirt! And 10km, half, and full marathon programs will be offered for those interested.
 
Whether you’re training for a marathon or just starting out, this run is designed for all levels - from casual joggers to serious racers. Every step of the way, you’ll be coached by Michael Lavigne, a seasoned trainer at the Cambridge Club with over 20 years of experience helping runners of all backgrounds crush their goals.
