The Cambridge Group of Clubs is well-known for our large and diverse group fitness programs! At the Adelaide Club and Toronto Athletic Club, Members are welcome to enjoy cardio, weight training, yoga, stretch, muscle endurance, and cycling classes, 7 days a week.
Cambridge Members that are interested in attending group fitness classes at the Adelaide and/or Toronto Athletic Club are permitted to attend 4 classes/month at each Club.
