A few Canadians have gained a pound or two waiting for our lives to regain some sense of normal-ish. If you’re an Adelaide Club Member you likely remember that one of our Trainers – Penny Phang – ran all kinds of awesome 4-week weight loss bootcamps at the Club. Well, guess what Penny’s been doing since we closed our doors?! She’s figured out how to ROCK her weight loss program virtually. She’s been piloting it across the globe and she would now like you – our wonderful Members – to benefit from her experience, expertise, and incredible energy.

Our first Virtual “4-Week Shrink Your Waistline Challenge” starts Monday, August 10th and costs $450. The deadline for sign-up is Friday, August 7th and space is limited. Keep reading for more information, and you can sign up or ask Penny questions here.

We love being at the gym. We love the social support, all the amazing classes, and the fun toys. Join Adriana for your morning pick-me-up! This workout will focus on moving through a full range of motion and develop your full body control, flexibility, and usable range.
