Personal Trainer

I have been working as a personal trainer for 6 years, the last 2 have been with the Adelaide Club! During my time as a personal trainer I have worked with clients of all ages. I have helped these clients with a wide variety of goals, including; learning the basic movement patterns, weight loss, strength training and preparing for fitness tests/sports.

I enjoy personal training because I love helping people discover how much they are capable of and how exercise can help improve their lives!

Training Philosophy:

As a trainer, I emphasize strength training through the use of the movement patterns that people will use in their day to day lives.

I love helping clients make exercise and nutrition simple! There is alot conflicting and confusing information out there but being healthy does not need to be complicated!

  • NCI Nutrition Coach
