Bob Carcasole

Personal Trainer

Bob played a variety of sports growing up in Northern Ontario, including soccer, basketball, and ball hockey. Specific training to improve upon his abilities in these sports was recognized as necessary while he was quite young.

Closing in on 3 decades at the Cambridge Club, Bob’s exceptional level of personal training service involves a three-pronged approach. First, he educates our club Members on exercise selections and sequences derived from a current body of knowledge from evidence-based research that is shared through the CSEP – Certified Exercise Physiologist designation and through the Cambridge Group of Clubs’ professional development.

Second, he motivates his clients through the up and down days that we all experience. He remains dedicated and continually prepares his clients to achieve excellence.

Finally, Bob tailors his fitness programs based upon the individual requirements of his clients, all while incorporating continual challenges set in the design. All of which is done in a setting, perhaps, like no other.

"Sounds of Silence" – Simon and Garfunkel, or anything from Coldplay

Calming music while weight training is a far cry from earlier workout music

FAVOURITE CHEAT MEAL:

Bob does not abide by nutritional thinking in this way. A suggested eating plan for an individual would follow the Canada Food Guide.
