With over 20 years of experience in strength, conditioning, sports science and rehab, I specialize in Sports Science, Golf Fitness, and Rehabilitation.

I want my training style to be fun and goal oriented, so I combine all relevant physical and technical details into one thorough, scientific approach towards performance-based strength and conditioning. I have also developed cutting edge fitness programs for golfers to help improve their flexibility, strength, rotational power, and stability in rotary sports specific movements.
